The coming One World Government is judgment from God, using Satan, for the wickedness of man on Earth. It is not in Satan's interest to ever see the antichrist or the one world government come to pass!
2 Thessalonians 2:6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. 7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
Satan is the one that WITHHOLDS or tries to prevent the revelation or the appearing of the ANTICHRIST. He knows that once the AC comes, Satan's time will soon be up! So why would he want to see the book of Revelation coming to pass? After all it spells out his own doom in black and white? If you were in his position, would you not do everything in your power to stop such a day that means your own end was near? It is only after Satan is kicked out of the heavenly realms, when he no longer will be the prince of the power of the air, and he will limited to the earth only that he will come out of shadows and let all hell loose on earth. There is war going on in the heavens right now and Satan and his armies are being pushed further and further back towards the earth, and when all his bases out there will have been destroyed and he will have no where else left to go but earth that he will go stark raving mad and launch the mark of the beast and many plagues upon man as prophesied in the book of Revelation. Satan does not want to see a One World Government or the antichrist ever come to this world.
But God will force his hand, if left up to Satan, he would never allow the events of the book of Revelation to happen!
Revelation 12:7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. 9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. 10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night. 11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. 12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
