Fukushima: The tragedy the world has forgotten

On the 19th of July 2011, people in Fukushima had a meeting with government officials from Tokyo to demand that the government evacuate people promptly in Fukushima and provide financial and logistical support for them. Also, they brought urine of children to the meeting and demanded that the government test it. The government both refuses to evacuate and relocate the people and to offer them any type of compensation for a disaster that is not of their making.
As the video reveals, the people of Fukushima have been thrown to the wolves. The government keeps insisting that they are safe knowing full well that they are being slowly cooked to death – literally! However Fukushima’s contamination that will eventually destroy all life in the region will not be limited to Fukushima region alone; it will contaminate most of Japan to a great extent as well as parts of Korea, China and Russia. It continues to contaminate all of the Northern Hemisphere, though not to as great an extent as the regions close by in Japan and Asia. Many Hollywood movies have visualized a post nuclear attack apocalyptic world; this fictional scenario is transpiring right before the world in slow motion in Fukushima, and tragically the Japanese government and the rest of the world have turned their backs on these helpless people. Since Fukushima was attacked not by nuclear bombs, people think there is no fallout there. The truth is that the fallout is deadlier from the Fukushima nuclear plants because they will continue to spew radiation for a hundred years or more, and will eventually make most of Japan uninhabitable. The bureaucrats from Tokyo may think they are safe now but they will in time face the same challenges as the people of Fukushima, where will they go when the rest of the world turns their backs on them as they are now turning their backs on the people of Fukushima?
This is a mere preview of what is coming to the rest of the world. As Climate disasters grow bigger, other catastrophes such as bigger nuclear disasters will strike many different regions of the world. And help from governments will not be forthcoming. So it would be wise not to put our trust in human authorities but rather to trust the living God, who alone has power over all these plagues that are in store for mankind in the days ahead. The problems confronting mankind are so overwhelming that there is little that can be done in the natural to prepare for them; if there is a nuclear disaster in your area, would you be able to cope with it? So the only safety we have is not in our own strength or by our own means but The Omnipotent LORD God alone can provide safety in these perilous times.

Psalm 4:8: I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety.
Proverbs 21:31: The horse is prepared against the day of battle: but safety is of the LORD.
Isaiah 43:2: When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

  1. These people are probably forced to stay in Fukushima. I would imagine that most of them do not have the means to go anywhere else and start over. It's like everything else--don't look to the government--any government to look out for you.
