This is an addendum to my last article on the demise of the Middle Class in the western world titled A Farewell to the Middle Class... I am posting some additional news reports and videos with my analysis of these reports; the ‘Real Story’ behind the story.
**Warning** Existing Home Sales Plunge 27.2%: Housing Tsunami Collapse Coming! / this is a video report of the ongoing tragedy now playing out in California, Michigan, Florida and spreading like a contagion to all parts of the United States. What becomes apparent from reports such as these is that the banks, which are really the representatives o f the United States government, are not taking the course of action that one would think makes the most economic sense. Economically speaking it would make more sense to let the people stay in the homes and have them pay whatever they can afford, essentially make renters out of them rather than owners. The bank would own the property, their loan loss has already been covered by the government (in reality the taxpayers), and their property would be safeguarded by the ‘renters’. It would be in the best interest of the former owners, now renters, to maintain the property according to the banks’ standards for fear of being evicted. So why then are the banks so eager to foreclose on properties that will only decline further in value? The only logical explanation is that this is a frontal assault on the Middle Class, by design and producing the intended result – the death of the Middle Class.
With 40 plus million people on food stamps in the US and the numbers increasing daily, this decimation is only gathering speed. The interview with an ‘Ivy League’ educated woman in the video below is a wakeup call for those who still have jobs and therefore feel that the contagion has passed them by. By the time it is all over, there will be no Middle Class left in America, or the western world, only the few rich and many poor. Many researchers have warned us for years that this was the game plan; looks like the game has begun and to the end it must be played. Though most people in this situation would try and blame the government or the bankers or the corporate elite for their condition, the fact of the matter is that there are spiritual problems that have caused the demise of the richest nation in history, at least from an economic perspective. The spiritual causes of America’s destruction and of the world will be discussed in a separate article. I believe the decimation will be hastened in the coming days by ‘unexpected’ catastrophes, such as a possible pandemic or a major war or famines and natural disasters, or a combination of all of the above. Last year I speculated that the world’s problems will intensify in 2010, and sadly this has proven to be the case. I now speculate that the problems of 2011 will be even more intense, and the illusion of any recovery will be completely stripped away. This is the year for all to get their houses in order. And to ‘watch and pray’ that these things do not overtake us by surprise as they will the majority of the world. Leaders worldwide will promise ‘Peace’, ‘Safety’, ‘Security’ and a free lunch for everyone but the truth is that the piper always has to be paid, and as these videos prove, the down payment is already being collected, and the Middle Class will continue to be squeezed until the last drop has been drained, and they end up in the dust bin of history.
