SALT LAKE CITY — A 15-year-old girl is dead after heavy rains caused a huge sink hole to open on a northeastern Utah highway, swallowing one vehicle and causing her father's SUV to careen off the road.

Authorities said the crash that killed Justine Barneck and injured her father, Michael Barneck, late Wednesday night happened when the road collapsed in front of them, leaving a patch of asphalt on the edge of the hole that the vehicle hit, causing the fatal accident.

At about the same time a second car actually went into the 40-foot-wide, 30-foot-deep hole, said Utah Highway Patrol Cpl. Todd Johnson. Read More

Just the other day it was reported  that a massive sinkhole was forming in a Texas town.

Now a whole river has gone missing in Costa Rica after a modest 5.3 earthquake.

River in Costa Rica disappears following earthquake swarm: Today at approximately 2:11pm in the afternoon, Upala was rattled by a 5.3 magnitude earthquake that shook products off store shelves and rattled off home furnishings. No immediate damages were reported however later in the afternoon something strange was discovered as a result.
While reporting on the earthquake in Upala today, a local news station discovered that a district near the epicenter was missing a river. That’s right…A RIVER.
Apparently in the moments following the earthquake, a community stood watch as their river disappeared in to the Earth. As of this writing it is still unknown exactly which community this occurred in however once we have the name we will update this article. The affected citizens were interviewed and expressed concern for the loss of this substantial water supply to the area. Not only will this affect humans but also the livestock raised in the area.

Bodies of water disappearing into the earth are form of sinkholes; the ground underneath gives way and if the cavern that opens up underneath is big enough, then the ground sinks into the earth forming a big sinkhole. If the cavern that opens up is not big enough to swallow the soil, it can suck the water down as happened to a lake in St. Louis, MO.

 Three suspected US missile strikes in north-western Pakistan in less than 12 hours have killed at least 38 alleged militants, an unusually heavy barrage at a time when relations between the two countries are badly strained, Pakistani intelligence officials said.
The strikes follow the Obama administration's announcement that it is suspending more than one-third of US military aid to Pakistan until disagreements are worked out. The attacks indicate the White House has no intention of stopping the unmanned drone programme, even though the attacks have increasingly caused tension with Pakistan. Read Article

A year after the outgoing secretary of the treasury top ticked the economy and ushered in QE 2 with his abysmal NYT op-ed "Welcome to the Recovery" it is only appropriate that we get news that Cisco is preparing to fire 10,000, or 14% of its entire workforce, over and above the number of people that the company said was going to be let go in May. "The cuts include as many as 7,000 jobs that would be eliminated by the end of August, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the plans aren’t final. Cisco, based in San Jose, California, is also providing early-retirement packages to about 3,000 workers who took buyouts, the people said. Read Zero Hedge Article

The Bureau of Labor Statistics within the Labor Department reported Friday, July 8th that in the month of June, only 18,000 net new jobs were created in America. That is a disgrace. It means our Central Planners' policies have failed miserably. They drove the budget deficit up, drove the debt ceiling up, yet created no net jobs over the past several months. You see, the 18,000 figure is a lie. It is false. The true number was much worse. The CESBD Birth/Death adjustment in June was 131,000. In other words, the Labor Department took a wild assed guess that 131,000 jobs probably were created by new businesses they think started up in June. This is a pure guess. Plus, anyone who has ever started a new business knows folks take no pay or deep pay cuts at the start. The truth is, if you back out the 131,000 phony guesstimate CESBD figure, we find that the economy actually lost 113,000 Jobs in June. May's figure was revised lower to 25,000 new non-farm payroll jobs being created from what was originally reported as 54,000. But again, if you back out the 206,000 CESBD make pretend jobs, May saw a decline of 181,000 Jobs. So, for the two months May and June, the economy lost 294,000 Jobs. Then, if you consider we need to create 150,000 new jobs each month just to keep pace with population growth, this means the economy fell short of breakeven by 594,000 jobs just in May and June. Commonwealth Edison Co. reported substantial progress in restoring power lost in Monday's storms but that still left hundreds of thousands without electricity in sweltering heat. The utility warned it could take days to get everyone back on line.

A record 868,000 homes and businesses were left without power by the storms that ripped through the area at 75 mph--the highest number of outages in 13 years. But by 6 a.m. that had been reduced to 369,200. 

ComEd spokesperson Tony Hernandez told WGN radio's John Williams Monday afternoon that "this is going to be one for the record books." Read more

RECORD TEMPERATURES SEEN AS HEAT WAVE PLAGUES 15 STATES

(CNN) -- A heat wave is building and could reach dangerous levels in parts of the Midwest, the Plains and the Southeast this week. Fifteen states are under heat advisories, which means temperatures are expected to exceed 105 degrees Fahrenheit (40.5 degrees Celsius). Kansas City and St. Louis in Missouri are under an excessive heat warning, along with Tulsa, Oklahoma; Memphis, Tennessee; and Evansville, Indiana. In these areas, the heat index, or how hot the body feels due to the combined effects of heat and humidity, will reach between 110 and 115 degrees this week (43 and 46 degrees Celsius).

The people interviewed in this video are all used to air – conditioning and other modern amenities, as are all people in the developed world.  How would people cope if electricity was disrupted for an extended period of time, especially in the winter? A lot of amenities we take for granted will not necessarily be available in the future, our world is deteriorating in climate and infrastructure more rapidly than most people understand. This deterioration will only accelerate in the future. An automobile with a flat tire, no oil, and with a leaky gas tank cannot go very far; neither can our world and this planet, both of which have been suffering severe trauma for a very long time. It seems that the world and the Earth may be suffering cardiac arrest in the very near future, and the results will be catastrophic for the world and its inhabitants.

3. The incentives remain crooked. People outside finance — from respected political pundits like George Will to normal people on Main Street — still don’t fully get this. Wall Street rules aren’t like Main Street rules. The guy running a Wall Street bank isn’t in the same “risk/reward” situation as a guy running, say, a dry-cleaning shop. Take all our mental images of traditional American free-market enterprise and put them to one side. This is totally different. For the people on Wall Street, it’s a case of heads they win, tails they get to flip again. Thanks to restricted stock, options, the bonus game, securitization, 2-and-20 fee structures, insider stock sales, “too big to fail” and limited liability, they are paid to behave recklessly, and they lose little — or nothing — if things go wrong. (Add proprietary high frequency trading desks at Goldman Sachs etc. that completely rig the market in favor or Wall Street and against little savers and investors).

US JOBS CREATION STALLS IN JUNE

The number of new jobs created in the US in June was the lowest in nine months as the employment recovery stalled, new data has shown. Only 18,000 new jobs were created in the month, way below expectations of a 90,000 rise, which had been raised by strong private sector hiring figures released on Thursday. The unemployment rate also rose, to 9.2% from 9.1% a month earlier.

President Obama: "We still have a long way to go to give people the security and opportunity they deserve" – What a joke! The masses have been kept so sedated by the Education and Entertainment media that they can’t add 2+2 and get the correct answer. Up till 2007, the media was harping about the greatest Economic miracle in history as Americans were all enjoying 8 Big Macs a day with 4 liters of Coke, 4 plasma TVs, 3 automobiles, and 18 year old Big Mac chefs were able to buy 3600 Square Foot McMansions! And then it was all over, and no one saw a sign of the pending doom before it happened! From such a plateau of prosperity the world has fallen so far that it can hardly find the ladder anymore on which to climb back up. So 3 years later now, the damage done has been so severe that it may be years and decades before Americans once again have the security and opportunity they deserve! It’s all hogwash! These politicians and economists are liars! If they did not see the problem developing, they will surely not be able to repair the damage. The unemployment in the US is closer to 20%, not the official 9.2%, and it will NEVER get better, you can take that to the bank, which may be the only thing he bank can’t steal from you – your knowledge and understanding! Things are going to keep on deteriorating and will eventually, perhaps suddenly collapse like the World Trade Towers on 9-11. It’s been 10 years since 9-11, have the World Trade Towers been rebuilt? Neither will the Economy be rebuilt, 10 years or 20 years from now!

Massive dust storm descends on Phoenix area

PHOENIX (AP) — A massive dust storm descended on the Phoenix area, drastically reducing visibility and delaying flights as strong winds downed trees and left thousands of residents without power.

The dust cloud that moved across the Phoenix valley Tuesday night had formed in an afternoon storm in the Tucson area, and then rolled north across the desert before sweeping over the city like an enormous wave, said National Weather Service meteorologist Paul Iniguez.

Radar data showed the storm's towering dust wall had reached as high as 8,000 to 10,000 feet, or nearly 2 miles, he said.

"This was pretty significant," Iniguez told The Associated Press. "We heard from a lot of people who lived here for a number of storms and this was the worst they'd seen." See Amazing Video below

Jeremiah 47:2
Thus saith the LORD; Behold, waters rise up out of the north, and shall be an overflowing flood, and shall overflow the land, and all that is therein; the city, and them that dwell therein: then the men shall cry, and all the inhabitants of the land shall howl.

The above scripture is very pertinent to the flooding of the Missouri river from North to South in the United States. Floods of Biblical proportions are being experienced worldwide in this decade (Pakistan, Australia, China, India, Brazil, regions in Africa and Europe, and most notably in the United States). The tsunami in Japan could also be considered as a flood, and the many instances of major storms that have brought unusual amounts of precipitation to the Philippines, India, Indonesia, and many other regions of the world may also be considered to be floods. Judgment through flooding is very Biblical, and no greater example of this may be offered than the flood of Noah that drowned the whole world. God has promised that He will never again destroy the Earth by a Global Flood but that does not mean that local and regional floods will not cause untold devastation as Judgment falls from on high for man’s wickedness on the Earth.

This organization along with the World Bank destroys more lives than in all wars being fought currently. These institutions were birthed diabolically towards the end of WWII. Having plundered post war Germany and Japan, and most of the Third World, they have now set their eyes upon the developing and developed world. This is the true reason for AUSTERITY being imposed on Ireland, Greece, Portugal etc. to rob their resources and the wealth of their people as has been done in country after country in the third world. This insatiable inhuman greed of people who hardly qualify as humans is going to breed revolutions, coups, civil wars and cause untold suffering for billions of people around the world. Therefore it would be a good idea to keep a close eye on the developments in Greece for they are a foreshadowing of ANARCHY that is sure to spread around the globe in the not too distant future.
