Editor's Note: The fact is that Weather Manipulation experimentation has been going on for over a century, going back to the 19th century days of Nikola Tesla. Although the information on the website from which this article has been linked is suspect in many cases, there are not too many sources out there that even raise this topic, so we need to consider the information from whatever source it comes! Any technology that man develops, man eventually puts to use, even catastrophic use, as in the case of nuclear energy. NATO “Weather War” Warned “Out Of Control” As Global Food Fears Rise

Unfortunately for the entire world, this report continues, NATO and the United States have begun implementing the worst plans outlined in the August, 1996 US Air Force research paper titled “Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025” [Note: this is an official US Air Force link (PDF)] that in its opening summery says:

“A high-risk, high-reward endeavor, weather-modification offers a dilemma not unlike the splitting of the atom. While some segments of society will always be reluctant to examine controversial issues such as weather-modification, the tremendous military capabilities that could result from this field are ignored at our own peril.  From enhancing friendly operations or disrupting those of the enemy via small-scale tailoring of the natural weather patterns to complete dominance of global communications and counterspace control, weather-modification offers the war fighter a wide-range of possible options to defeat or coerce and adversary.

In the broadest sense, weather-modification can be divided into two major categories: suppression and intensification of weather patterns. In extreme cases, it might involve the creation of completely new weather patterns, attenuation or control of severe storms, or even alteration of global climate on a far-reaching and/or long-lasting scale.”

Important to note, this report says, was that the “weather war event” that devastated Krymsk was being aimed by NATO-US forces against China, North Korea and Iran, wherein the first two were hit by unprecedented killing rains and floods, with the latter being hit with a disastrous drought.

Iranian vice president Hassan Mousavi on 17 July became the first world leader to bring notice about these NATO-US “weather war” experiments to the general public this year by stating,  “The world arrogance and colonist (term used by Iranian authorities to label the West) are influencing Iran's climate conditions using technology... The drought is an acute issue and soft war is completely evident... This level of drought is not normal.”

Not only is the drought in Iran “not normal,” this report says, but the drought in America's breadbasket that is intensifying at an unprecedented rate is being caused by these“weather war” events completely destroying the normal flow of our Earth’s atmospheric rivers that now appear to be “totally out of control” and may take years, if not decades, to recover.

The immediate consequence of this historic US drought, whose situation is only worsening, with almost two-thirds of the United States being affected, fears of a catastrophic global food crisis have arisen causing Robert Thompson, former director of agriculture and rural development at the World Bank and currently a visiting scholar at Washington's Johns Hopkins University, to warn today, “This is a once- or twice-a-century drought, and it's more severe than anybody has been preparing for…”
